The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Richard throws a right and a left that both miss.
Richard uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Knight has time to react.
Knight tries to clinch but Richard moves away
and Richard cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Richard drops Knight with a beautiful combination! Knight stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Richard is looking for the KO!

It looks like Luke Knight has been cut.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Richard feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Knight crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
