Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Theros Ironfist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Schilling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Theros Ironfist! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Joe Schilling! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ironfist lands a nice hook to Schilling's body. Schilling takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Ironfist throws a sloppy head kick and Schilling moves out of range easily. Ironfist lands with an uppercut that bounces Schilling off the cage and back into range. Schilling defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Ironfist. Ironfist stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Schilling. Ironfist fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Schilling checks it well. Ironfist gets cracked there but stands up to it.
A shot to the body from Ironfist misses and Schilling counters with a nice uppercut. Ironfist throws a lazy head kick and Schilling counters with a lovely straight right hand! Ironfist throws a head kick that misses. Schilling has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Ironfist throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Ironfist takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Theros Ironfist seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Ironfist tries a head kick but it misses.

Schilling dodges the punch combination from Ironfist.
Schilling stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Schilling wants it to stay on the feet. Schilling looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Schilling lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Schilling connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ironfist jabs Schilling right on the nose. Schilling blinks but takes it well. Schilling cracks Ironfist with a right hand to the side of the head. Ironfist swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Ironfist throws a sloppy head kick and Schilling counters with a nice body kick.
Ironfist is breathing heavily. Nice shot by Schilling. Ironfist falls off balance throwing a combination
and Schilling counters with a nice body shot. Schilling dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Schilling throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Ironfist tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Ironfist looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Ironfist has his takedown stuffed enabling Schilling to counter with a crisp jab.
Ironfist is rocked! That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Theros Ironfist. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Schilling lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Ironfist crumples to the floor! Schilling milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Joe Schilling! In his post fight interview, Joe Schilling started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
