Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between George Abalajon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gordon Mundi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mundi has chosen Swallow The Sun - Hold This Woe as his entrance music. George Abalajon had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Reed Andrews and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Abalajon swings for the body but Mundi moves out of range.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Abalajon fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mundi manages to avoid it.
Abalajon throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Mundi stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

I was talking to Abalajon's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
