DeLuise throws a combination that misses

and Biggums counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
DeLuise wants to stand up but Biggums is controlling him.
DeLuise is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Biggums missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Biggums trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Biggums accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Biggums postures up in DeLuise's guard and throws a big left but DeLuise blocks it.

DeLuise throws out a counter right but Biggums avoids it with no problem.
Biggums fakes high and swings low for a body shot but DeLuise manages to avoid it.
DeLuise just misses with a punch to the body.

DeLuise throws a leg kick which misses Biggums's front leg but catches the back leg as Biggums tries to avoid it.
Biggums darts in looking for a takedown but DeLuise gets double underhooks and turns Biggums into the cage.
DeLuise throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Biggums.

Biggums just misses with a punch to the body.

DeLuise is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Biggums.

Biggums looks for the body kick but DeLuise saw that one coming.
Biggums throws an uppercut from half a mile away. DeLuise sees it coming and avoids it easily.

DeLuise wants to clinch.
A counter left hand to the body from Biggums misses its target.
DeLuise tries to clinch up but Biggums circles away and keeps his distance.
Biggums swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dom DeLuise dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

DeLuise lands with an uppercut that bounces Biggums off the cage and back into range.
DeLuise connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Biggums momentarily.

Biggums glances at the clock... BAM! DeLuise nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Biggums crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Biggums is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
