Coming up we have a light heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Bjj Spar and Michael Blake. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Michael Blake was going to win. Let's see if he was right.
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the light heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Bjj Spar! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 7 wins and 1 losses; Michael Blake! The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Illya Tyunina.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Spar darts in and clinches Blake up against the cage. Spar is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Blake gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Blake tries for a takedown. No joy.

We've been hearing good reports from Spar's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Blake seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Spar does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Spar is looking to control Blake's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Spar avoid being mounted? Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Well, if Blake is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
