Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Tony Crackland! The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Michael Johnstone and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chanpakdee throws a leg kick that misses. Chanpakdee swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Crackland. Chanpakdee throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Chanpakdee misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Crackland counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Chanpakdee is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Crackland's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Crackland's back! Chanpakdee struggling to keep hold of the position.

Crackland wants to control his opponent's hands but Chanpakdee gets his hands free. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Crackland can't escape the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chanpakdee is riding his opponent, not letting Crackland buck him off. Chanpakdee doesn't have the hooks in and Crackland manages to turn into his guard.
Chanpakdee wants to sweep here but Crackland controlling him for the moment. Crackland with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Crackland working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Crackland with a flurry of punches that miss. Crackland in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Chanpakdee trying to keep a closed guard but Crackland is proving a slippery customer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chanpakdee working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Crackland. Chanpakdee utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Chanpakdee trying to control the position here. Chanpakdee looking to control.
Crackland throwing strikes from guard but Chanpakdee blocks nicely. Crackland loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. My spies in Island Top Team inform me that Crackland has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends! Crackland won't allow Chanpakdee to get back to his feet. Chanpakdee avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chanpakdee avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Crackland makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Crackland trying to control the position from guard on top but Chanpakdee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Crackland postures up and lands a big shot to Chanpakdee's brow. Chanpakdee pulls Crackland in close to prevent any damage. Chanpakdee might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Crackland throws a big elbow that misses. Crackland throwing strikes from guard but Chanpakdee blocks nicely.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Crackland chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Chanpakdee can pounce on him.
Niwat Chanpakdee is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Chanpakdee throws a poor cross that misses
and Chanpakdee takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Crackland takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Crackland throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Crackland misses with an uppercut. Chanpakdee throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Crackland. Crackland dodges the punch combination from Chanpakdee.
Crackland is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Chanpakdee scores with a decent looking hook. A combination from Chanpakdee does no damage. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Chanpakdee scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Crackland doesn't seem bothered though. Chanpakdee throws a series of punches but Crackland avoids them all with ease. Chanpakdee digs a good hook to Crackland's body.
Crackland misses with a hook. Chanpakdee is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight. Chanpakdee defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Crackland. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Niwat Chanpakdee will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Chanpakdee misses the shot to the body. Chanpakdee lands with a big left! Crackland is wobbled badly! Chanpakdee comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Crackland to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
