Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ricardo Izecson Dos Santos Leite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Earl Allen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Santos Leite comes to the cage accompanied by Mama said knock you out. Earl Allen has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ricardo Izecson Dos Santos Leite! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Earl Allen! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Daniel Cesar and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Santos Leite pushes Allen up against the cage in a clinch. Allen has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Santos Leite avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Allen misses with an elbow over the top. Allen has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Santos Leite after a bit of a struggle. Allen tries for a takedown. No joy.
Ricardo Izecson Dos Santos Leite has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Earl Allen. Santos Leite tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Allen is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Santos Leite gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Allen manages to break the clinch.
Santos Leite throws a jab when Allen was well out of range. Santos Leite fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Allen looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Santos Leite misses with a head kick.
Allen feints the counter takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Santos Leite throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Santos Leite misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Santos Leite misses with a series of wild punches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Allen avoids the head kick by Santos Leite.
Allen shoots in for a takedown but Santos Leite shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Santos Leite pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Allen displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Santos Leite throws out the jab. Allen changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Allen needs to keep his hands up - Santos Leite had a free shot at his head there. Santos Leite throws an overhand right that lands on Allen's shoulder, as Allen tries to avoid the shot. Santos Leite darts in and clinches Allen up against the cage. Allen has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Santos Leite is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Allen decides to pull guard. Santos Leite wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Allen's closed guard. He's half up but Allen has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Allen pivots and extends the arm, Santos Leite falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Allen! Well done that man!
