Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

14 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Gleb Zheglov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bill Brown!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Brown misses with a takedown attempt
and Zheglov counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Zheglov lands a slapping body shot.
Zheglov lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Brown moves to clinch but Zheglov breaks away
letting Zheglov counter with a right hand.

Brown shoots in for a takedown but Zheglov shows good takedown defense.

Zheglov jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Zheglov scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

We've been told by Zheglov's head coaches at Jobber Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Zheglov lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Brown shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Zheglov sprawls well. Zheglov wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Brown gets slowly back to his feet.

Zheglov cracks Brown with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Brown falls to his knees and Zheglov doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

During a confident post fight interview, Gleb Zheglov thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
