Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Vasily Farbatyk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Preston Tobey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tobey is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
It looks like Tobey might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Tobey has control of Farbatyk's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Farbatyk regains control of the situation pretty easily.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Tobey cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Tobey goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Farbatyk is on top in guard.

Tobey has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Farbatyk is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Tobey.

Tobey shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Farbatyk manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Farbatyk manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.

and Tobey cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
