Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergei Laschenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikhailu Banister (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Sergei Laschenko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mikhailu Banister!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Sam Margolis and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laschenko leaves Banister with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Laschenko is looking to slow Banister down with leg kicks.
Banister fails with the takedown.
Banister fails to land the takedown.
Sergei Laschenko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mikhailu Banister.
Banister tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Laschenko swivels and escapes.
Banister changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Laschenko tries to avoid it but Banister manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Laschenko to the ground. Laschenko escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Laschenko misses with a jab, cross combination.
Laschenko swings and misses with a hook to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Banister walks into a left hand.
Banister checks a low kick from Laschenko.
A lazy left from Laschenko finds it's target.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Laschenko.
Laschenko cracks Banister with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Laschenko has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Banister to stand back up!
Banister is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Laschenko jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Banister is still on wobbly legs! Can Laschenko finish him?
Laschenko lands a big right hook! Banister looks hurt but is still standing! Laschenko lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Banister falls down and Laschenko dives in with a huge hammer fist! Banister's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Laschenko runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Sergei Laschenko!
Mikhailu Banister spoke after the fight, saying 'Testing Hiddens'.
