The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vip I connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Bilt is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Bilt is trying to break the clinch but Vip I has him pressed against the cage.

The crowd cheers as Vip I lands an impressive looking overhand right. Bilt doesn't seem phased though.
Bilt takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Vip I connects with a crisp jab.
Bilt with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Vip I to score with a decent uppercut.

Oh Bilt is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Vip I makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Bilt swats away the attempt to clinch by Vip I.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Win Vip I dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Vip I's corner calls for a 1-2. Vip I obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

and Vip I counters with a crisp one two that drops Bilt! Vip I thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Bilt to his feet! Bilt is in big trouble!

Vip I tries to clinch but Bilt moves out of range.
Vip I displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bilt throws out the jab.

Win Vip I seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bilt avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bilt attempts a counter takedown but Vip I avoids it well and moves away.
