Coming up we have a bantamweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Gary Bishoff and Tim Tom. Tom has chosen Kings Of Leon - Sex on Fire as his entrance music. Tim Tom has the eye of the tiger tonight.
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the bantamweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of London, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 0 losses; Gary Bishoff! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Sydney, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 0 losses; Tim Tom! The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Wagner Zegers and Saam Ante.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Tom has his takedown stuffed and Bishoff counters by moving into the clinch. Tom drags the fight down to the ground.
Bishoff will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Bishoff is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Bishoff is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Tom. Tom tries to roll over but Bishoff keeps him under control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tom slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Bishoff trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
