Coming up we have a bantamweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Oaki Sato and Paul Williams. Williams is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by All the Above- Maino ft. T-Pain. Paul Williams is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious? Williams darts in and clinches Sato up against the cage. Sato has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Williams is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Williams manages to pull guard.
Williams seems keen to control Sato's posture. Sato advances position into side control! Score +3 for passing guard: Sato (3) vs (0) Williams Williams is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Sato goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Williams rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Sato's guard! Nice work there by Williams! Score +2 for sweep to guard / half guard: Sato (3) vs (2) Williams Sato is trying to control the position but Williams postures up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sato working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Williams doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Sato is tightening it up a little... Williams has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Williams reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Williams taps out! Nice BJJ there by Sato!

After the fight, Oaki Sato was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly. |
