0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Sam Jones! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Andrew Berry and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Jones!
It looks like Aubrey Peterson has been cut. Jones gets in close and instigates a clinch. Peterson has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Peterson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Jones is now in Peterson's guard. Peterson preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Jones decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Peterson has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Jones has passed into side control.
Jones is looking to take a break and control but Peterson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Peterson is looking for a sweep. Peterson is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Jones's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Peterson is looking to control Jones's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Peterson avoid being mounted? Jones tries to stand but can't do so whilst Peterson controls his leg. Peterson is pressing down on Jones's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Jones trying to control but Peterson is working from the bottom. Peterson has control of Jones's left arm, preventing Jones from doing any damage. Peterson has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Peterson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jones's guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Jones working for a triangle but Peterson defends it easily.

Peterson looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Peterson lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Jones wants to control but Peterson passes easily into half guard.

Jones is trying to get back to full guard. Peterson looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Peterson drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Jones is wriggling around but Peterson manages to pass to half guard.
Peterson content to control rather than advance. This is a sustained period of stalling by Peterson. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Jones gets full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Jones is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Peterson is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Peterson postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Peterson controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Jones forces Peterson back against the cage and clinches. Jones breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Aubrey Peterson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Jones stalks Peterson and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Peterson's face. Peterson staggers backwards, shaken. Jones has closed the distance and engaged Peterson in a clinch.

And that's the end of the fight! Sam Jones comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Jones has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
