And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Razor Smith!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Daniel Franklin and Peter Branson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Smith enables Dirt to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Smith manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Smith is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Dirt slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Smith.
Smith is trying to stand.
Smith trying to get back to full guard but Dirt takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount!
Smith wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dirt looking to control but Smith is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Smith keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Smith wants to control but Dirt is having none of it.
Dirt controlling the position easily from mount.
Dirt lands a nice shot to the head.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Dirt prevents Smith from getting the reversal.
Dirt content just to control the position here.
Dirt lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Dirt looking to control but Smith is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dirt controlling the pace for now.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Dirt lands with some strikes.
Dirt has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Smith's face.
Smith is desperately trying to improve his position but Dirt has a good base and remains in mount.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Smith can do anything to dispel that myth.
Dirt pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Dirt jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Smith manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Dirt landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dirt moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Dirt is looking to take a break and control but Smith is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Joe Dirt dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.



Dirt gets tackled into the cage by Smith. Smith maintains the clinch.
Smith can't find room to land a body shot as Dirt controls the action.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Smith as Dirt tries to tie him up.
Dirt is trying to pull guard but Smith turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Dirt tries to break free but Smith pushes him back against the cage.
Smith lands with a right to the head.
Smith scores with a hook to the body.
A nice right hand lands inside from Smith.
Dirt blocking some punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dirt is trying to break the clinch but Smith has him pressed against the cage.
Dirt tries to pull guard but Smith won't allow it.
Dirt is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Smith pulls him back up using the underhooks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joe Dirt. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Smith lands a hook that snaps the head of Dirt backwards.

Smith lands a left hand that snaps the head of Dirt backwards.
Smith lands an uppercut.
Dirt is trying to pull guard but Smith has him pressed against the cage.
Smith throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Dirts head.
Smith lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Smith softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Smith lands with a left to the head.
Smith lands with a right to the head.


Dirt is rocked!


It looks like Joe Dirt has been cut.
Smith lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Dirt backwards.
Oh Dirt is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Smith creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Dirt's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Dirt drops to his knees and Smith pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Razor Smith!
