Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Christian Evansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Blokada Leningrada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leningrada is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Farewell of Slavyanka. On his way into the cage it seems that Christian Evansen has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Christian Evansen seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Evansen closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Leningrada to the mat! Leningrada manages to get full guard.
Leningrada wants to get back to his feet but Evansen passes into half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Leningrada has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Evansen is working away from the top position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Evansen looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Evansen moves into full mount! Leningrada won't be happy about that!

Evansen has control of Leningrada's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Leningrada regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Leningrada really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Evansen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Evansen lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Evansen is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Leningrada is forced to tap! Great finish!
