Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Koko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
26 - 17 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andrew Morgan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
32 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Michael Koko! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice jab there from Koko. Koko bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Morgan lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Morgan closes the distance and clinches up with Koko, looking for a takedown. Morgan pushes Koko against the ropes but Koko circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Morgan gets a takedown into half guard. The fighters are battling for position here. Koko manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Koko striking off his back but it's not causing Morgan any problems. Morgan passes Koko's right leg, so he's now in half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Koko is trying to control but can't.
Morgan is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Koko tries to get to full guard but Morgan has control of the leg. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
That's one minute gone in the round. Koko keeps trying to improve his position. Koko avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Morgan. Morgan wants to lay and pray for a moment but Koko keeps working. Morgan works his way into side control. Koko is trying to get back to his feet. Morgan scoring with punches and elbows. Koko tries to get back to half guard but can't. Koko is not content to let Morgan control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Morgan wants to control for a moment but Koko uses the opportunity to move back to half guard. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Koko is holding on to half guard well. Koko is trying to get back to full guard. Koko wants to get back to his feet.
Koko on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Koko tries to roll over but Morgan keeps him under control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Morgan seems to be looking for submissions.

Morgan wants to take a breather but Koko is having none of it. Morgan is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Koko has managed to free his arm - good work. Morgan is trying to control. Koko wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Koko is trying to stand.
Morgan blocks the strikes from Koko.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Koko rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Morgan counters with a stiff right hand. Morgan ducks under a wild hook from Koko. Morgan moves away from the strike by Koko. Morgan is looking to counter punch. Morgan takes one to the chin there. Morgan looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Michael Koko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Koko throws a leg kick which misses Morgan's front leg but catches the back leg as Morgan tries to avoid it. Morgan's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Koko connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Morgan scrambles back to his feet. Excellent takedown into side control there by Morgan. Koko manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Koko slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Koko looking to hit a scissor sweep but Morgan is one step ahead there. Morgan chips away with some ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Andrew Morgan will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Andrew Morgan's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Koko misses with a looping left. Morgan waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Koko. Koko misses with a right hand and Morgan counters with a lovely straight right hand! Koko throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A cross from Koko lands. Morgan fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Koko tries to land a leg kick but Morgan saw it coming and moves away.
Koko looks to land a left hand but Morgan moved out of range nicely. Koko looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Morgan closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Koko to the mat! Koko manages to get full guard. Morgan connects with a couple of short punches. Morgan advances to half guard. Koko regains full guard. Nicely done. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Koko wants to sweep but no luck. Koko controls Morgan momentarily but Morgan frees himself. Morgan trying to control the position from guard on top but Koko is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morgan won't allow Koko to sweep him here. Koko not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Morgan preventing the sweep. Morgan landing with the ground and pound. Morgan really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Koko controls Morgan momentarily but Morgan frees himself. Koko looking to hit a scissor sweep but Morgan is one step ahead there. Morgan postures up.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Morgan wants to pass the guard but Koko is defending well. Morgan scoring with strikes to the body and head. Morgan in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Koko tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Morgan!

An out of breath Andrew Morgan thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
