Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jurgen Tetsuo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andrew Morgan is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jurgen Tetsuo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 17 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andrew Morgan!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tetsuo cracks Morgan with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Morgan lands a lovely overhand right.
Morgan will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Morgan throws a solid leg kick but Tetsuo takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Morgan.
Morgan connects with a nice looking jab.
Morgan avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Morgan misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Tetsuo.
Morgan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Tetsuo lands with a cross.
Tetsuo throws an overhand right that lands on Morgan's shoulder, as Morgan tries to avoid the shot.
Morgan takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Morgan moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Tetsuo swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Tetsuo dodges the punch combination from Morgan.
Tetsuo drops down looking for a counter takedown but Morgan sprawls and moves away.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Morgan throws a hook to the side of Tetsuo's head but Tetsuo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Morgan swats away the attempt to clinch by Tetsuo.
Morgan throws out a counter right but Tetsuo avoids it with no problem.
Morgan has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Tetsuo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Morgan looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Morgan is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Tetsuo asserts his dominance and retains side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee asks Tetsuo politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Tetsuo prefers to stall for the moment though.
Morgan tries to buck Tetsuo off but Tetsuo is having none of it.
Tetsuo misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Morgan is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Tetsuo asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Morgan stops Tetsuo from passing to mount.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Morgan parries the strikes from Tetsuo easily there. Tetsuo is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Morgan to escape.
Morgan tries to improve position but can't.
Morgan defending against the ground and pound.
Morgan is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
You can see the frustration on Morgan's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Morgan takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Morgan is trying to get back to his feet.
Tetsuo looks up at the clock and then as Morgan takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Tetsuo smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Tetsuo cracks Morgan with a big right hand but Morgan just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Morgan is trying to get back to half guard.
We've been hearing good reports from Tetsuo's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Morgan is trying to control Tetsuo's posture but Tetsuo avoids it.
Tetsuo wants to take a breather but Morgan manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Tetsuo.
Tetsuo postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Tetsuo throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Morgan works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Tetsuo stays in close to Morgan's body and controls the position.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Morgan wants to get back to his feet but Tetsuo is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Morgan wants to sweep here but Tetsuo controlling him for the moment.
Tetsuo with a flurry of punches that miss.
Tetsuo lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Morgan controlling the position.
Tetsuo trying to control the position from guard on top but Morgan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Tetsuo with a nice head shot there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Jurgen Tetsuo will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Morgan misses with a hook. Tetsuo ducked under it nicely.
Morgan throws the left hand but Tetsuo avoids the punch easily.
Morgan connects with the punch.
A swing and a miss from Morgan.
Tetsuo seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Tetsuo checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Tetsuo appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Tetsuo ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Morgan lands with a cross.
Morgan catches Tetsuo with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Tetsuo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Morgan swivels and escapes.
Tetsuo swings and misses with a hook to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Left hook, right uppercut from Tetsuo.
Nice uppercut lands for Morgan. That snapped Tetsuo's head back.
Morgan has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Tetsuo is rocked!
Tetsuo swings for the body but Morgan moves out of range.
Morgan changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Oh Tetsuo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Tetsuo shoots and misses
and Morgan counters with a huge left! Tetsuo is in big trouble! He's backing up but Morgan isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Tetsuo from any more damage. A dominating finish by Morgan!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Andrew Morgan!
A relieved looking Andrew Morgan thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
