Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stanley Fofano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Flava Flave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fofano's entrance music is City of Blinding Lights. A fine choice. Flava Flave will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fofano throws a low kick but Flave avoids it.

Fofano darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Flave tries to roll over but Fofano keeps him under control.

Fofano seems to be working for a kimura but Flave defends the submission attempt.

Fofano is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Flave sees it coming and defends easily.
Flave is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Fofano wants to pass to mount but Flave is defending the position.

Flave is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Fofano pulls his head out easily.
Flave is looking for a sweep. Fofano is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Fofano stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Flave to get to his feet.
Flava Flave seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Flave throws a lazy right hand but Fofano sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fofano walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Flave misses with a hook. Fofano ducked under it nicely.
Fofano moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Fofano shoots in for a takedown but Flave shows good takedown defense.
Flave misses with a straight right.
Flave lands a with a good body shot.
Fofano is breathing heavily.
Flave will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Flave is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Flave lands with a nice body punch.
Fofano takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Flave scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Flave, as that shot connected.
Flave connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Flave lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Flave keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Fofano drops his hands momentarily and Flave takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Flave scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Flave is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Flave lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Fofano circles away quickly and effectively.
Fofano walks into a left hand.
Fofano showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Flave.
Flave swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Flave lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Fofano at a distance.
Flave lands with an uppercut that bounces Fofano off the cage and back into rage.
Flave misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Fofano tries to move into range but Flave moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Flave lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Flave connects with a nice looking jab.
Flave cracks Fofano with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Fofano takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Fofano takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Fofano ducks right into an uppercut from Flave.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Flave connects with a single shot there.
Flave lands a body shot.
Flave connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Flave cracks Fofano with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
A jab-cross combination lands for Flave and sends Fofano crashing to the mat! Flave follows him down to the mat - Fofano regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Flave in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Fofano tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Flave!
