Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steve Francis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Blatz Beer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Francis comes to the cage accompanied by Toxicity. Beer has chosen Hostile Mass as his entrance music. Steve Francis had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steve Francis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Blatz Beer!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Beer closes the distance and clinches.
Beer creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Francis's defenses.


It looks like Steve Francis has been cut.
Beer has a couple of punches blocked by Francis.
Francis wants a takedown but no success here.
Francis has Beer pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Beer manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Francis is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Francis landing rabbit punches to the side of Beer's head. Not doing much damage but still scoring a few points.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Beer has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Francis is proving hard to escape from.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Well Beer has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
