Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnnie Curtis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Urabn Mopic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Johnnie Curtis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Urabn Mopic! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, William Gold and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mopic closes the distance and clinches up with Curtis, looking for a takedown. Mopic pushes Curtis against the cage but Curtis circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Curtis appears to be looking for a big counter. Curtis stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Curtis wants it to stay on the feet. Johnnie Curtis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. Curtis is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Mopic is controlling him. Curtis utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Curtis wants to stand but Mopic is controlling the position. Mopic throws an elbow that misses. Curtis uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Mopic's guard. Nice move by Curtis!
Curtis could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mopic thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Curtis trying to stand up but can't free himself from Mopic's guard. Curtis cracks Mopic with a solid left hand. Mopic will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Curtis decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Mopic changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Curtis tries to avoid it but Mopic manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Curtis to the ground. Curtis escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mopic is defended easily by Curtis. Mopic looks winded! Curtis throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Mopic changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. No luck for Mopic with that takedown attempt. Curtis closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mopic wants a takedown but no success here.

Curtis dives in and scores a takedown into Mopic's guard. Curtis has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Curtis working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Mopic tries to strike from the bottom.
Curtis stands up and waves to Mopic to follow him. Urabn Mopic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mopic will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Curtis decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Curtis tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Mopic. Curtis is looking for a kimura here.

Well, if Curtis is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Curtis wants to stand up but Mopic has a hold of him and won't allow it. Mopic misses with some strikes from the bottom.

Curtis will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Mopic throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Mopic doesn't succeed with the takedown and Curtis counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Mopic! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Johnnie Curtis dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Curtis rushes Mopic and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Curtis fails to pull guard.

Mopic tries to score with some ground and pound. Curtis controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. The ground and pound from Mopic seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Curtis is working to avoid the ground and pound but Mopic connects with a decent elbow. Curtis is looking to regain half guard here but Mopic keeps moving and retains side control. Mopic is chipping away with strikes.
Curtis parries the strikes from Mopic easily there. Mopic is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Curtis to escape.
Curtis gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Mopic connects with a nice short shot to Curtis's temple. Mopic is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Mopic prevents Curtis from standing back up.
Curtis is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Mopic can do to turn this around?
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mopic looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Curtis with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Curtis won't allow Mopic to pass to mount. Mopic prevents Curtis from standing back up.
Mopic lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Mopic working over Curtis with some ground and pound. Curtis looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Curtis is rocked! Mopic lands a big elbow - Curtis is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Mopic!
