Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Yonglong Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ikkaku Madarame (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Madarame is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Bleed It Out. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
10 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Yonglong Li!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ikkaku Madarame!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Sosuke Kotani and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Li scores with a one two! Madarame had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Ikkaku Madarame is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Li misses with an uppercut. Madarame saw that one coming.
Li connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Madarame tumbling to the canvas! Li pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Madarame was done - good stoppage!
