Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Wayne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mordecai Ching Chong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wayne comes to the cage accompanied by old batman theme song. Ching Chong has chosen Bruce Springsteen: Atlantic City as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mordecai Ching Chong! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wayne shoots in and bounces Ching Chong off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Wayne working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Wayne throwing strikes but missing. Wayne throwing strikes from guard but Ching Chong blocks nicely. Wayne trying to control the position from guard on top but Ching Chong is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wayne is stalling in the full guard. Wayne stops Ching Chong from standing up. That's one minute gone in the round. Wayne thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Ching Chong tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Ching Chong misses with a low kick as Wayne jumps back. Wayne throws a right hand that Ching Chong ducks under and follows up with a left that Ching Chong also avoids with ease. Ching Chong pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ching Chong looks to land a combination but Wayne avoids it well. Wayne blocks a head kick by Ching Chong.
Ching Chong tries to clinch there but Wayne circles away.
Ching Chong throws a sloppy head kick and Wayne moves out of range easily. Wayne closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Wayne lands in his opponent's guard. Wayne drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Ching Chong dives on top into guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wayne had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Ching Chong is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Wayne Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Ching Chong's back instead. Wayne tightening his grip on Ching Chong, looking for the choke. Wayne is breathing heavily. Wayne has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Ching Chong has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Even with his hooks in, Wayne manages to miss with strikes from the back.

Ching Chong looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Ching Chong is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Ching Chong is trying to get back to his feet but Wayne has full control of the position and if anything, Ching Chong has just worked his way into a worse spot.

The fight stays on the outside here - Ching Chong looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Wayne shoots in but Ching Chong avoids the takedown attempt easily. Ching Chong misses with a head kick.

Mordecai Ching Chong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ching Chong lands a head kick!
It looks like Bruce Wayne has been cut. Wayne changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ching Chong looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Wayne is trying to get an arm triangle but Ching Chong is defending well.

Wayne is staying active underneath Ching Chong, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Ching Chong moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Wayne. Wayne tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Ching Chong wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Ching Chong wants to lay and pray for a moment but Wayne keeps working. Wayne is looking for a sweep. Wayne is working hard here to advance position. Wayne is trying to control Ching Chong's posture but Ching Chong avoids it. Ching Chong stands up and we're back to a striking position. Ching Chong tries to close the distance and clinch up but Wayne swats him away and circles back towards the center. Ching Chong tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Mordecai Ching Chong showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Bruce Wayne's cut. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Wayne has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Wayne drops back looking for a leg! Ching Chong is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ching Chong manages to kick Wayne off! Wayne jumps back into Ching Chong's guard. Ching Chong wants to stand but Wayne is controlling the position. Wayne throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Ching Chong keeping moving, preventing Wayne from controlling successfully. Wayne throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Ching Chong works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Wayne drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Ching Chong dives on top into guard. Wayne keeping full guard, as Ching Chong tries to pass. Ching Chong must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Wayne is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Bruce Wayne overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ching Chong avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
