The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Power jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Charles drops down looking for a counter takedown but Power sprawls and moves away.
Power loads up on a big right hand but Charles slips the punch.
Power misses with a body shot.
Power gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Power.
Power working aggressively here.
Charles gets control of Power's arms and successfully pulls guard. Charles will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Power has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Charles is proving hard to escape from.
Power throws a big right hand that misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Power is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Charles has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Power is looking to defend but Charles has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Power! Charles pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Power taps out and this one is all over!
