Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Grin Ribber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fredrik Stenberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ribber comes into the arena with Ay Ay Ay blaring out of the sound system. Grin Ribber could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Fredrik Stenberg's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fredrik Stenberg!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Paul Tew and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ribber is looking to clinch.
Stenberg changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
A telegraphed right hand from Stenberg misses the target.
Ribber jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Stenberg scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Ribber doesn't seem bothered though.
Ribber pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ribber avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Ribber quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Stenberg throws a looping overhand right but Ribber ducks down to avoid it.
Stenberg takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Stenberg throws out a powerful jab.

Stenberg walks into a stiff left hand from Ribber.
Ribber misses with a body kick.
Stenberg steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Ribber.
Stenberg connects with a single shot there.
Ribber motions for Stenberg to come forward. Ribber throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Stenberg drives through with a takedown into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ribber is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Stenberg is aware though and is defending well.
Stenberg wants to control from the top but Ribber keeps moving.

Stenberg engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Ribber had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Stenberg defends it easily.
Stenberg is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Ribber has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Stenberg doesn't defend quickly enough and Ribber has managed to lock this one up! Can Stenberg escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Ribber on a fantastic submission victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Grin Ribber!
In his post fight interview, Grin Ribber started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
