Nomura is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Couture.
Nomura ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Couture's coach down at Harambe Remembrance Hall was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Couture's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Nomura has Couture up against the cage in a clinch.
Nomura is looking to take this one to the mat.
Nomura lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.

Couture is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Nomura has latched onto it... Big trouble! Nomura pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Couture is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Nomura!
