Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Trey Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Giorgio Conte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Trey Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brown misses with a hook. Conte ducked under it nicely.
Brown clobbers Conte with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Conte throws a chopping leg kick but Brown manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Conte moves out of range of the body kick from Brown.
Conte wants to counter the offense by Brown and move into the clinch position.
Conte scores with a sloppy right hand. Brown should have avoided that one.
Brown misses with a hook. Conte ducked under it nicely.
Conte swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Brown lands a nice looking body shot.
Brown misses with a lunging right hand
and Conte counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Brown throws a push kick but Conte slaps the foot to one side.

Brown swats away the attempt to clinch by Conte.
Brown throws a leg kick

and Conte counters with a crisp right hand that drops Brown! Conte lets Brown back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Brown throws a body kick that misses.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Conte.
Conte takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Conte moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Brown tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Conte swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Brown throwing a counter right hand but Conte manages to avoid it.

Brown throws a hook to the side of Conte's head but Conte sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Brown throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Conte ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Brown moves away.
Brown tries to counter with a takedown but Conte is quick to defend against it.
Conte takes one to the chin there.
Conte takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Brown looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Conte on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Conte throws a shot from downtown. Brown moves away and avoids it.
Conte ducks under a wild hook from Brown.
Conte shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Conte ducks right into an uppercut from Brown.
Brown scores with a head kick.

Conte is rocked!
Brown pushes Conte away with a front kick.
Conte lands a nice looking body kick.
Conte looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Brown moves out of range as Conte strikes.
Brown appears to be looking for a big counter.
Brown bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Conte throws the kick towards the body but Brown avoids it.
A low kick from Conte is predictable there
and Brown counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Conte is still on wobbly legs! Can Brown finish him?
Brown comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Conte seems to have recovered his senses.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Conte takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Conte lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Brown has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Brown and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Brown appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Brown scores with a jab to the jaw.
Brown is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Brown throws a front kick that sends Conte stumbling back into the cage.
Conte throws an off balance right hand
and Brown counters with a huge right that knocks Conte out cold! Brown is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!
