The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karhu avoids a kick to the body.
Kolloo tries to work over Karhu's front leg with a kick but Karhu checks it.
Karhu takes the fight into the clinch.

Kolloo is looking to break free of the clinch but Karhu has double underhooks.

Kolloo has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Karhu is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Karhu's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Karhu seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Kolloo for as long as he can get away with.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

It looks like Jaakko Kolloo has been cut.

Antti Karhu spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
