The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arrol swings away with a leg kick that misses.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Murphy! But no joy.
Arrol scores with the left hand. Murphy knows he should have avoided that one.

It looks like Cedric Murphy has been cut.
Murphy connects with a crisp jab.
Murphy tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Arrol manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Murphy swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Arrol.

Murphy pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Murphy lands a really nice looking cross but Arrol seems unphased.

Arrol uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Murphy.
Murphy darts in trying to clinch
and Arrol rattles Murphy with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Murphy tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Arrol dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Murphy stiff and motionless on the mat!

William Arrol gave a mention to Lion Fightwear in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
Cedric Murphy spoke after the fight, saying 'fuck off... i am the best. next time i will kick his head off..'.
