Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eito Itasaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miller has chosen Voices as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Eito Itasaki! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Miller! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Itasaki darts in trying to clinch and Miller counters with a stiff right hand. Itasaki tries to clinch but Miller is having none of it. Itasaki is looking to clinch. Miller swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Miller misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Itasaki.
Miller throws a hook to the side of Itasaki's head but Itasaki sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Miller connects with a looping right hand.
Itasaki throws a front kick that sends Miller stumbling back into the cage. Miller digs a good hook to Itasaki's body.
A solid leg kick lands there for Itasaki.
Itasaki throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Miller cracks Itasaki with a right hand to the side of the head. Itasaki throws a head kick but Miller moves out of range.
Itasaki pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Itasaki slips a straight right by Miller. Itasaki tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Miller manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Itasaki throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
It looks like Jack Miller has been cut. Miller throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round. An inside leg kick lands from Itasaki. Miller lands a nice hook to Itasaki's body. Itasaki takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Miller misses with an uppercut. Itasaki explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Itasaki throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Miller has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. A swing and a miss from Miller. Itasaki moves in looking to clinch but Miller pushes him off. Itasaki keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Miller. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Itasaki. A nice side step and Miller releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Eito Itasaki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Itasaki moves in looking to clinch but Miller pushes him off. Miller ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Itasaki moves away. The fight stays on the outside here - Itasaki looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Itasaki on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Miller throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Itasaki closes the distance and clinches. Itasaki misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Miller.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Miller lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Itasaki or not. Itasaki tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Miller avoids it. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Itasaki misses with a knee strike.

That's three minutes gone in the round. A nice glancing elbow lands by Itasaki. Itasaki lands an elbow inside that Miller shrugs off. Itasaki lands a knee to the body.
Miller takes an elbow to the temple. A nice glancing elbow lands by Itasaki. Itasaki lands a nice elbow. Miller blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Itasaki's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Miller looks to throw the jab but Itasaki is out of range. Itasaki bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Itasaki tries to clinch up. Itasaki lands a big head kick that sends Miller tumbling to the mat! Itasaki takes a step backwards and waves Miller back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Miller is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Itasaki scores with a kick to the midsection. Miller is still on wobbly legs! Can Itasaki finish him? Itasaki wants to clinch up but Miller keeps it at a distance. Miller looks like he wants to counter punch here. Itasaki thows a body kick. Miller tries to catch it but that hurt him. Itasaki rushes Miller and presses him up against the cage. Itasaki lands a knee to the body.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Miller takes an elbow to the temple. Itasaki pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Miller takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
A head kick by Itasaki - that's a beauty! Miller is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Itasaki can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Eito Itasaki! Eito Itasaki is the new heavyweight champion!
