Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kacperos Drygalos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hideo Sakurai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sakurai has chosen Freestyle - Don't Stop The Rock as his entrance music. Hideo Sakurai has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kacperos Drygalos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hideo Sakurai!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Marco Blurström and Arvi Lind.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drygalos stalks Sakurai and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Sakurai's face. Sakurai staggers backwards, shaken.
Drygalos throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Sakurai misses with a hook.
A jab from Sakurai misses.
Sakurai ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Drygalos moves away.
Drygalos scores with a nice right hand.
Drygalos throws an off balance right hand
and Sakurai counters with a left to the body.
Drygalos smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Drygalos fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sakurai manages to avoid it.
Drygalos misses the body punch
and Sakurai counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Sakurai jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Drygalos fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Sakurai looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Drygalos misses with a wild body shot.
Drygalos throws a looping overhand right but Sakurai ducks down to avoid it.
Kacperos Drygalos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Drygalos misses with a hook. Sakurai ducked under it nicely.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Sakurai! But no joy.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sakurai keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Drygalos.
Drygalos bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Sakurai's head backwards.
Drygalos dips to his left and cracks Sakurai with an uppercut!
Hideo Sakurai is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Sakurai throws a one two combo.
Sakurai throws a right and a left that both miss.
Drygalos throws a poor cross that misses
letting Sakurai counter with a right hand.
Drygalos really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Drygalos showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Sakurai.
Drygalos lands a really nice looking cross but Sakurai seems unphased.
Drygalos doesn't succeed with the takedown
enabling Sakurai to counter with a crisp jab.

Drygalos is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sakurai lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Drygalos is looking to close the distance but Sakurai sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Drygalos crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Drygalos is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
