Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 4 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Marc Shelton!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jensen Overeem!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, David Hoff and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shelton throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Shelton avoids a punch combination nicely.
Shelton misses with a hook
and Overeem counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Marc Shelton has been cut.

Shelton uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Overeem.
Shelton lands with a straight right. Overeem didn't see that one coming.
Overeem missing with a left hand there. Shelton was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Shelton lands a slapping body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Overeem pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Overeem misses with an uppercut
and Shelton cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Shelton wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Shelton throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Overeem looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Shelton swings for the body but Overeem moves out of range.
Marc Shelton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Shelton uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Shelton feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Overeems jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Overeem keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Overeem throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Shelton works the jab nicely.
Overeem takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Overeem misses with an uppercut
and Shelton counters with a big right hand! Oh Overeem is in trouble here! Shelton follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
