The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
torto looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
da Fiel is looking to clinch but torto is avoiding it.
Excellent takedown into side control there by torto.
torto landing strikes.
torto works to advance to full mount. da Fiel defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
da Fiel defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from torto.
da Fiel really doesn't want to stay on the ground with torto. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
torto pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
torto working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. da Fiel turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips torto off and cradles da Fiel's limp body as torto celebrates with his corner.
