Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Andre Johnson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jason Todd!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson fails in his attempt to clinch.
Todd digs a good body shot into Johnson's ribs.
Johnson throws a head kick that misses.
Johnson shoots in for a double leg but Todd sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Johnson walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Johnson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Todd looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Todd catches Johnson with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Johnson rushes Todd and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Todd makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Johnson has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Todd avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Andre Johnson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Johnson fails to pull guard.
Todd tries to circle away but Johnson has him pinned against the cage.

Todd scores with a nice hook to the head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Todd tries to break free but Johnson pushes him back against the cage.
Johnson is trying to force a seperation but Todd has the dominant position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Johnson is trying to maintain a safe position but Todd gets an underhook and turns Johnson into the cage.

Todd lands a left hand that snaps the head of Johnson backwards.
Johnson is rocked!

Oh Johnson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A right hook to the body lands for Todd.
Johnson is breathing heavily.
Todd breaks from the clinch.
Todd lands an uppercut, right on the button! Johnson tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
