Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vaughn Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manny Woods (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Woods has chosen Jackson 5 - ABC as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
10 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Vaughn Taylor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Manny Woods!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Skip Squint and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woods changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Taylor tries to avoid it but Woods manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Taylor to the ground. Taylor escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Taylor shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Woods counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Taylor shoots in and bounces Woods off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Woods keeping full guard, as Taylor tries to pass.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Taylor trying to control the position from guard on top but Woods is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Woods is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Taylor thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Taylor might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Taylor won't allow Woods to sweep him here.
Taylor advances to half guard.
Woods is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Taylor's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Taylor's back!
Taylor can't escape the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Woods is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! Taylor is tapping out! This one is all over!
