Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hotaka Yoshida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cruz Lopez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yoshida's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Arsone. Hotaka Yoshida could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Cruz Lopez's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yoshida shoots in and drives through. Lopez sprawls well.
Yoshida walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Lopez checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Yoshida swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Lopez keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
The fighters circling - Lopez throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Lopez leaves Yoshida with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

That was a close second round but I would say that Hotaka Yoshida will probably get the nod.

Yoshida does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Lopez drops Yoshida with a beautiful combination! Yoshida stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Lopez is looking for the KO!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lopez slips a jab from Yoshida.
Oh Yoshida is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Well,Yoshida is on his way to losing a decision here. Can he use his experience to pull something off in the closing minutes?
Yoshida shoots for a takedown but Lopez saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Lopez swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Yoshida gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Lopez points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Yoshida wakes up just in time to hear Lopez thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
