Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Peterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mohammed Qissi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Qissi clinches.

Qissi pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Qissi tries to close the distance and clinch up but Peterson swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Peterson appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Peterson takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Peterson closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Qissi tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Peterson swivels and escapes.
Peterson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Qissi tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Peterson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Peterson is looking to land body kicks.
Peterson lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Qissi dodges the punch combination from Peterson.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Qissi avoids a punch combination nicely.
Qissi tries to counter by closing the distance.
Qissi fails with an attempt to clinch.
Peterson misses with a low kick.
Qissi has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Qissi tries to clinch but Peterson is having none of it.

Peterson moves out of range of the body kick from Qissi.
Qissi missing with a left hand there. Peterson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Peterson slips a jab and a cross from Qissi.
A right-left combo lands from Peterson.
Peterson throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Peterson throws a leg kick but Qissi moved away.
Qissi misses with a wild combination.
Peterson lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Peterson throws a body punch but Qissi moves out of range.
Qissi connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Peterson's hands.
Peterson blocks a head kick by Qissi.

Peterson gets tackled into the cage by Qissi. Qissi maintains the clinch.

Peterson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Peterson drops Qissi with a beautiful combination! Qissi stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Peterson is looking for the KO!

It looks like Mohammed Qissi has been cut.
Peterson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Qissi circles away quickly and effectively.
Qissi slips a jab and a cross from Peterson.
Qissi drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Peterson defends it well.
Qissi fails in his attempt to clinch.
Qissi wants to clinch up but Peterson keeps it at a distance.
Peterson lands with a nice combination. Qissi backs away looking to recover.

Qissi is rocked!
Peterson is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.
Qissi loses concentration momentarily and Peterson pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Qissi crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Peterson finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
