Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joe Ranieri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Blade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ranieri's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Eminem – Kings Never Die. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blade thumps Ranieri with a low kick.
A lazy left from Blade finds it's target.
Ranieri throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Ranieri moves out of range as Blade strikes.
Ranieri throws a lazy right hand but Blade sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Blade tries to score with a low kick but Ranieri moves his leg out of the way.
Blade falls off balance throwing a combination
and Ranieri counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Ranieri.
Blade breaks from the clinch.
A big right from Blade misses.
Blade misses with a looping left.
That kick from Ranieri tenderised Blade's leg. Blade is trying to keep his angry face on.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ranieri closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Ranieri has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Blade.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Blade stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

Blade lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ranieri circles away quickly and effectively.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Ranieri swats away the attempt to clinch by Blade.
As Blade tries to get set, Ranieri tries to push him back and clinch up but Blade manages to avoid the attempt.
Ranieri rushes Blade and presses him up against the cage.

Blade throws a big uppercut that drops Ranieri! More strikes from Blade and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Ranieri lies dazed against the cage as Blade celebrates with his cornermen!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jake Blade!
A relieved looking Jake Blade thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
