Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hannibal Barca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wily Swagger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Swagger has chosen Waylon Jennings - Good Ol' Boys as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Wily Swagger has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barca lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Barca connects with a crisp jab.
Barca misses with a head kick.
Swagger walks forward, straight into a front kick from Barca.
Swagger fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Barca avoids it really well and circles away.
Barca scores with a decent looking hook.
Barca fails to land with a series of punches.
Swagger shoots in but no luck this time.
Barca is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Swagger.

We've been hearing reports that Barca has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Hannibal Barca has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wily Swagger.

Barca bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Swagger's guard.
Swagger has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Barca can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Barca scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Barca lands a nice hook to Swagger's body. Swagger takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Swagger decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Barca makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Barca tries to bum rush Swagger with a series of wild strikes but Swagger uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Swagger takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Barca throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Barca lands a leg kick that knocks Swagger off balance momentarily.

Barca swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Swagger misses with a takedown attempt - Barca sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Barca throws a combination. Swagger tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Barca throws a nice inside leg kick.
Barca connects with a good right hand that stumbles Swagger. Swagger circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Barca fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Swagger takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Swagger is still on wobbly legs! Can Barca finish him?
and Barca counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Swagger! He's just covering up as Barca starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
