Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tyron Woodly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hiruko Kami (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hiruko Kami will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tyron Woodly! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hiruko Kami! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Roosa Järviläinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kami takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Woodly has managed to clinch.
Woodly tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Kami goes for a takedown attempt but Woodly pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Woodly closes the distance but Kami moves to the side and Kami counters with a straight right hand. Woodly tries to clinch but Kami is having none of it. Kami swings for the body but Woodly moves out of range.
Kami keeps the fight on the outside. Kami feints the counter takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Woodly gets caught napping as Kami dives in and scores a takedown. Woodly manages to retain guard. Woodly wants to stand up but Kami is controlling him. Kami lands a couple of elbows. Kami looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Kami is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Woodly is looking to stand up but Kami isn't so interested in that idea. Woodly on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Woodly tries to get out of the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kami sitting in guard, not really doing much. Kami distracts Woodly with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Kami is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kami controlling from the top position. Kami is working Woodly over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Kami content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Kami has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Kami sitting in guard, not really doing much. Kami keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Woodly's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kami seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Woodly knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kami on the ground. Kami makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Kami stands up over Woodly, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Kami controlling from the top position. Kami postures up and lands a big shot to Woodly's brow. Kami working some strikes from top position. Woodly being controlled here, momentarily. Woodly is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Kami is controlling him. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Kami cracks Woodly with a solid left hand. Kami lands a couple of elbows. Kami is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Woodly might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Let's hope that Kami has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Kami postures up and lands a big shot to Woodly's brow. Woodly is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Kami is controlling him. Kami scoring with punches to the head and body. Kami controls from within his opponent's guard. Kami won't allow Woodly to get back to his feet. Kami makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Kami is working Woodly over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Kami content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Woodly is rocked!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kami postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Oh Woodly is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Kami's corner is telling him to maintain position. Kami loads up on a big left hand. Woodly felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Kami looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Woodly can't hide his disappointment, as Kami celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hiruko Kami! Hiruko Kami really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Lion Fightwear logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
