Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pit Jonson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Rees (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pit Jonson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kyle Rees! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Wesley Smith and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jonson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rees as he jumps to the side. Jonson shoots in but Rees avoids the takedown attempt easily. Rees is looking to clinch but Jonson is avoiding it.
Jonson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jonson lands in his opponent's guard. Jonson preventing the sweep. Jonson looking to pass the guard. Jonson wants to stand but Rees is controlling his posture from full guard. Jonson wants to control from the top but Rees keeps moving. Rees looking to hit a scissor sweep but Jonson is one step ahead there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jonson won't allow Rees to get back to his feet. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Rees has eaten all the pies!
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Rees shoots and misses and Jonson counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Jonson wants to stand but Rees has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Rees tries to roll over but Jonson keeps him under control. Jonson trying to advance position but Rees counters by regaining guard. Rees trying to keep a closed guard but Jonson is proving a slippery customer.
Jonson wants to control from the top but Rees keeps moving. Jonson is breathing heavily. Rees tries to land a sweep but no joy. Rees tries to strike from the bottom.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Jonson gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Rees counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Jonson's guard now. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pit Jonson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jonson throwing strikes off his back to little effect.

Jonson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Rees tries to move to mount but Jonson blocks the move with his legs. Rees looks up at the clock and then as Jonson takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Rees smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Rees looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Jonson on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Jonson is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Rees is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Rees landing strikes, looking to finish! Rees can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Jonson is looking to escape. Rees with the ground and pound from mount. Rees looking to finish Jonson with some ground and pound. This is bad for Jonson! Rees controlling the position easily from mount. The referee warns Jonson that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Rees looking to secure an arm triangle but Jonson defends it well. Rees trying to control but Jonson is having none of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Pit Jonson will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!

Rees drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Rees jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Rees cracks Jonson with a solid left hand. Rees scoring with punches to the head and body. Rees chips away with some ground and pound. Kyle Rees has got the better of the ground game so far. Rees postures up and lands a big shot to Jonson's brow. Rees trying to control but Jonson is working from the bottom. Rees pushing down on Jonson's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Rees seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Rees frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Rees with good strikes from the mount here! Rees avoids the attempt from Jonson to control. Jonson has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Rees's lack of action.

Rees thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Jonson won't allow Rees to sweep him here. Jonson slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Rees wants to sweep here but Jonson controlling him for the moment. Rees controlling the position. Jonson wants to control from the top but Rees keeps moving.

Kyle Rees showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Jonson is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Rees has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Rees tries to hold on but Jonson postures up. Rees is trying to keep from getting into a worse position than he's already in but Rees is working away and isn't letting himself get tied up. Rees really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Rees somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet! Rees drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jonson can't do much from the bottom here. Jonson wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Jonson is looking to reverse the position. Jonson gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Jonson wants to control but Rees is keeping busy.
Rees looks to score some points with some ground and pound. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jonson is positioning himself well to prevent Rees advancing to mount. Rees looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Rees seems to be working for a kimura but Jonson defends the submission attempt.
