Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kenalemodisa Mabogo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dre Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mabogo comes to the cage accompanied by 3 Doors Down - Duck and Run. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
25 - 22 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kenalemodisa Mabogo! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
32 - 22 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dre Parker! The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Sergei Dronov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big left from Parker misses. Mabogo tries to clinch up but Parker circles away and keeps his distance. Mabogo moves in looking to clinch but Parker pushes him off. Mabogo fails with the takedown. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mabogo is defended easily by Parker. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Parker! But no joy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mabogo has Parker up against the cage in a clinch.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Mabogo just misses with a elbow thrown towards Parker's brow.
That's one minute gone in the round. Parker wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Mabogo has him pressed against the cage. Parker is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Parker tries to break the clinch but Mabogo is controlling the position. Parker is trying to break free. Parker is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Parker escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Mabogo wants to clinch. Mabogo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Parker paws at him with a jab and circles away. Mabogo rushes Parker and presses him up against the cage. Parker tries to break the clinch but Mabogo is controlling the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Parker's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Mabogo goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Parker blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. A short right from Mabogo. Parker avoids the elbow strike from Mabogo, against the cage.
Parker lands a nice uppercut. Parker on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Parker breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Mabogo closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Mabogo lands an elbow just above Parker 's eye.
It looks like Dre Parker has been cut. Parker gets underhooks to prevent Mabogo's takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kenalemodisa Mabogo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Parker escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mabogo tries to clinch but Parker moves away and Parker counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Mabogo throws a head kick that misses. Mabogo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Parker swats him away and circles back towards the center. Parker unleashes a big counter combination but Mabogo bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Parker lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Mabogo goes down and covers up as Parker starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dre Parker! Dre Parker is the new super heavyweight champion! A victorious Dre Parker thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter.
