Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Susie QQ (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nobunaga Shirow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Nobunaga Shirow was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shirow shoots in but no luck this time.
Shirow is looking to clinch.
Shirow moves in looking to clinch but QQ pushes him off.
QQ doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Shirow counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
QQ moves into full guard.
QQ not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Shirow is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Shirow pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. QQ is keeping the position for now.

QQ trying to keep a closed guard but Shirow is proving a slippery customer.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

QQ seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Shirow stands and throws QQ's legs to the side, diving into side control.
QQ isn't going anywhere.
Shirow advances to full mount.
Shirow looking to isolate an arm here. QQ doesn't see it coming and as Shirow extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Shirow!
