Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Aleksandr Sinytsyn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Aleksandr Sinytsyn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 6 - 1, fighting out of New York, Eric Perry! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Wagner Zegers and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Perry tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Perry tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sinytsyn was well out of range. Poor timing from Perry. Sinytsyn circles away from the clinch attempt and Sinytsyn counters with a nice body shot. Perry works Sinytsyn's body with a nice hook. Perry fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Perry misses with a head kick.
Sinytsyn is looking to land body kicks. Perry throws a leg kick that misses. Sinytsyn is looking to counter punch. Sinytsyn wants to land a leg kick but Perry is out of range. Perry throws a low kick but Sinytsyn avoids it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sinytsyn paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
It looks like Eric Perry has been cut. Sinytsyn throws a head kick that misses and Perry counters with a two punch combo. Perry throws a sloppy head kick and Sinytsyn moves out of range easily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Perry goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Perry misses with a leg kick and Sinytsyn counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Nice defenses there by Perry.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sinytsyn checks a low kick from Perry. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Perry, right into the meat.
Aleksandr Sinytsyn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Perry fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sinytsyn, pushing him back against the ropes. Sinytsyn's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Perry lands an elbow just above Sinytsyn 's eye. Perry prevents a body shot from Sinytsyn. Sinytsyn lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Sinytsyn on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Perry is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Sinytsyn is defending well for now. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Sinytsyn misses with a body punch.
The fighters are pressed against the ropes, as the pace of the fight slows. Perry misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Sinytsyn.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sinytsyn lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Sinytsyn breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

A quick step to the side and Sinytsyn tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Sinytsyn keeps Perry at a distance using the push kick. Sinytsyn misses with an uppercut. Perry tried to score with a low kick but Sinytsyn checks it. Sinytsyn appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick. Perry staying out of range there. Perry thinks about the counter body kick. Sinytsyn throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sinytsyn ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Perry moves away. Sinytsyn throws a solid leg kick but Perry takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Sinytsyn. Sinytsyn keeps the fight on the outside. Perry lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Perry shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Perry, right into the meat.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sinytsyn turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Perry tries a head kick but it misses.

That's four minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sinytsyn walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Perry walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Sinytsyn throws a head kick that misses and Perry counters with an outside leg kick.
Perry moves out of range as Sinytsyn strikes. Sinytsyn on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Perry. Perry obviously looking to wear him down.
Perry throws a chopping leg kick but Sinytsyn manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Perry moves in looking to clinch but Sinytsyn pushes him off. Perry has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Sinytsyn. Sinytsyn misses with a looping left. Sinytsyn fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Perry manages to avoid it. Sinytsyn looks to land a left hand but Perry moved out of range nicely. Perry throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Perry throws a body kick that misses. Sinytsyn throws a counter high kick but Perry was just alert enough to avoid it. Perry blocks a head kick by Sinytsyn.

A close round but Eric Perry will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Eric Perry's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Perry is rocked! Sinytsyn misses the shot to the body. Sinytsyn backing away here, and Perry unleashes a leg kick that just misses. Perry throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Sinytsyn. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Sinytsyn.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sinytsyn uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Perry has time to react. Sinytsyn blocks a head kick by Perry.

He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Perry's eyes and has decided to let it go on! Perry is still on wobbly legs! Can Sinytsyn finish him? Sinytsyn misses with a wild body shot. Sinytsyn throws a body shot but no joy. Sinytsyn dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Perry throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Perry lands a nice leg kick that just misses Sinytsyn's sensitive parts. Nice defenses there by Perry. Perry seems to have recovered his senses. Perry with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

The cut above Eric Perry's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Sinytsyn drops his hands momentarily and Perry takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Sinytsyn lands a jab to the head.

Perry fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Sinytsyn has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Perry misses with a body kick. That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Perry with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Sinytsyn to score with a decent uppercut. Perry throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Perry defending well as Sinytsyn loads up on a big left hand. Perry moves in looking to clinch but Sinytsyn pushes him off. Sinytsyn bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Eric Perry's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Sinytsyn looks to land a left hand but Perry moved out of range nicely. The fighters circling - Sinytsyn throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Sinytsyn throws a hook but Perry avoids it easily. A head kick misses from Perry. Perry uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sinytsyn. Perry steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Sinytsyn. Perry lands a jab to Sinytsyn's midsection. A big right from Sinytsyn misses. Sinytsyn misses with a body punch
and Perry counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Sinytsyn thinking.

A lazy body kick from Perry and before Perry can reset, Sinytsyn rushes him with a swarm of punches, sending him crashing to the floor, in all sorts of trouble! Perry is trying to beat the count but we're up to 6 already and he's nowhere near. 7,8... he's up! He's going to continue!
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Eric Perry's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
