The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That kick from Wylde tenderised Lawler's leg. Lawler is trying to keep his angry face on.
Wylde avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Lawler scores with a nice strike.
Robbie Lawler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wylde closes the distance and clinches.
Wylde lands an uppercut.
Lawler blocking some punches.
A right hook to the body lands for Wylde.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Wylde takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Wylde lands a left hand that snaps the head of Lawler backwards.

Wylde takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Wylde moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Wylde sizes up Lawler with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Lawler's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Wylde connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Lawler scrambles back to his feet.
Lawler is rocked!
Lawler misses with a lunging right hand
and Wylde counters with a crisp right hand that drops Lawler! Wylde lets Lawler back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Oh Lawler is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
