Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Djin Kvasir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Gore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kvasir comes to the cage accompanied by Nightmare. Djin Kvasir has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 14 - 0, fighting out of London, Djin Kvasir! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ivan Gore! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Sam Margolis and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kvasir changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gore tries to avoid it but Kvasir manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gore to the ground. Gore escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Gore connects with a crisp jab. Gore displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kvasir. Gore defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Kvasir. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Djin Kvasir. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gore lands a nice looking kick to the body. Kvasir takes a step back to recover. Kvasir is breathing heavily. Gore takes the fight into the clinch. Gore lands a hook to the side of the head. Kvasir wants a takedown but no success here.
Gore lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Gore avoiding damage.

Gore slowing the pace effectively. Gore throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Kvasirs head. Gore lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Kvasir backwards. Gore leaning his opponent against the cage. A body shot lands from Gore.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Gore creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A short body shot lands from Gore as the two fighters clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gore presses Kvasir against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Gore lands with a right to the head. Gore lands with a right to the head. Gore controlling the action here for a moment.

Kvasir is rocked! Gore softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Oh Kvasir is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Gore dips a shoulder and cracks Kvasir with a mighty uppercut! Kvasir falls back against the cage and Gore unloads with a barrage of strikes! Kvasir is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Gore screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ivan Gore! In defeat, Djin Kvasir stepped up to the mic, saying 'next time is the time'.
