The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mendes shoots in but Mordino avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Mordino half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.

Mendes looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mordino is fending him off so far but Mendes persists. Nope, Mordino circles away and we're back to standing.
