The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bunga lands with a shot to the body.
Bunga throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Nazaryan lands a nice shot that snaps Bunga's head back.
It looks like Bart Bunga has been cut.
Bunga takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Bunga feints and then cracks Nazaryan's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Nazaryan down.
Bunga lands a really nice looking cross but Nazaryan seems unphased.
Bunga pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Nazaryan tries to work over Bunga's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Nazaryan scores with a shot to the side of Bunga's head.

I was talking to Bunga's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Bunga wants to get back to striking at distance but Nazaryan won't allow it.
Nazaryan swings wildly with an uppercut but Bunga uses good head movement to avoid it.

Nazaryan lands a shoulder strike.
Bunga breaks from the clinch.
Bunga throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bunga takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Nazaryan takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Nazaryan moves out of range of the body kick.
Bunga ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Nazaryan moves away.
Nazaryan ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Donk. Bunga catches Nazaryan right on the button with a cross.

Bunga smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Oh Bunga is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bunga seems to have got his legs back now.

The fighters circle momentarily. Nazaryan darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Bunga throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Nazaryan makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Bunga misses with an uppercut. Nazaryan saw that one coming.
Nazaryan connects with a looping right hand.

Bunga lands a slapping body shot.
Nazaryan throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Bunga ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Nazaryan moves away.
Nazaryan circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Bunga to the canvas! Bunga doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Nazaryan keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vrej Nazaryan!
Vrej Nazaryan spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
