Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Vasilyevich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dom Danky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ivan Vasilyevich! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 15 - 3, fighting out of Hilo, Dom Danky! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Dillan Fox and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vasilyevich keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Danky shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Vasilyevich manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Vasilyevich has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Danky has passed into side control.
Danky working the body and head with strikes. Vasilyevich manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Danky lands strikes from half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Danky lands a nice short elbow. Danky is working for a kimura but Vasilyevich is defending it quite comfortably.
Nice strikes from Danky there. My spies in The Beast inform me that Danky has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends! Vasilyevich wants to improve his position but Danky is controlling well.

That's one minute gone in the round. Danky drops an elbow to the side of Vasilyevich's head. Danky moves into full mount! Vasilyevich won't be happy about that! Vasilyevich is trying desperately to improve position. Danky jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Vasilyevich manages to avoid the submission attempt. Danky looking to control but instead Vasilyevich has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard. Danky looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Vasilyevich trying to control but Danky postures up.
Vasilyevich is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Danky working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Vasilyevich is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Danky scores with a big shot! Vasilyevich's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Vasilyevich! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dom Danky! Dom Danky decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well. In defeat, Ivan Vasilyevich stepped up to the mic, saying 'I wasnt mentally prepared, ill come back stronger then ever for next fight'.
