Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Patrick Alders and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by The Kid!
A shot to the body from Lavrov misses
and The Kid counters with a one-two to the body.
The Kid tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lavrov swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Lavrov avoids a punch combination nicely.
Lavrov avoids the head kick by The Kid.
The Kid closes the distance but Lavrov moves to the side
and Lavrov counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps The Kid thinking.
Lavrov digs a good body shot into The Kid's ribs.
The Kid uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lavrov.
Lavrov throws a sloppy body shot
and The Kid counters with a nice uppercut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The Kid gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Lavrov to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The Kid keeping moving, preventing Lavrov from controlling successfully.
Lavrov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for The Kid on the ground.

Lavrov is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Lavrov might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Lavrov is looking to work some ground and pound but The Kid has wrist control.

Lavrov arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! The Kid's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
